Editions

Every CaptureTime edition is hand-signed and numbered. Edition size, paper stock and dimensions are listed on each product page. Once an edition sells out it is retired permanently — no further prints are released.

Pricing & currency

Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout in full by Stripe.

Copyright & licensing

All work remains the copyright of Ross Nixon. Purchase of a print does not grant commercial reproduction rights. For licensing enquiries see the licensing page.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
