Returns & refunds

Standard returns

Unframed editions can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and re-rolled into the original packaging. Email ross@rossnixonphotography.co.uk with your order reference to start a return.

Framed & commissioned work

Framed editions, custom commissions and licensing fees are non-refundable once production has begun. We will always inspect a piece with you before it ships if requested.

Damage in transit

Every print ships fully insured. If your order arrives damaged, photograph the carton and the work within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We will replace the edition or refund in full — your call.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days. Bank settlement can take a further 3–10 days depending on your provider.
